As Founder and Principal of Connect the Dots HR Solutions Inc., my work sits at the intersection of leadership, culture, and organisational performance. I work with CEOs, founders, and executive teams on a fractional and contract basis — stepping in where people strategy and business strategy must move together, and bringing senior-level capability without the full-time overhead.

I connect the dots between people, performance, and purpose. My approach is holistic by design, because in organisations, everything is interdependent. Leadership affects culture. Culture shapes performance. Workforce strategy enables or constrains everything else. That is my value.

Across the energy, transportation, and public sectors, I am known for bringing calm clarity to complex organisational challenges. Most recently, as Vice President, People, Performance & Culture at Prince Rupert Port Authority, I helped reposition HR as a strategic driver of enterprise performance through cultural transformation, leadership capability, and modernised people practices.
